anything from this brewery is exceptional. This one is golden, with a little spice. 8% abv

with the dregs of the winter brews, bocks have become a year-round specialty for hearty souls.

slightly hazy from the bottle-conditioning, dry and refreshing. Corked. 6.5% abv 375ml
$ 6.50 -Troubador Beer - you will want to sing with gusto after you meet this satisfying Belgian blond. It will knock the dust off
your boots. Bottle-conditioned and cellar aged for up to two years

$ 3.50 - Fuller's ESB - an Extra Special Bitter English ale that's a standard favorite among beer lovers
1. Bell's Oberon wheat (summer) or Two Hearted Ale (winter) a doubly good pale ale with plenty of hops. Fresh, frothy, and robust unfiltered brews from Larry Bell in Kalamazoo.
2. Raspberry Ale - from the Dark Horse brewery in Marshall, a flavorfully tart ale and not a sweet "ladies" drink (although many enjoy it). Creamy and aromatic head, it mixes well with Final Absolution
3. MBC Nut Brown - a popular recipe from Michigan Brewing Company in Webberville - a blue collar brew that will quench the thirst of a hard working man (or woman) - refreshing and flavorful
4. India Pale Ale - Arcadia of Battle Creek is an excellent example of the traditionally well-hopped, higher proof ale made to last British seaman over the long voyage to India. It soon became quite popular
5. Pontius Road Pilsner - from Short's Brewery in Bellaire, made with Wisconsin barley malt nicely balanced by Perle and Santiam hops - very drinkable with a burger or burrito.
6. Final Absolution - a powerful Belgian-style triple from Dragonmead brewery in Warren with the slight sweetness of Belgian candy sugar. Mix with Raspberry Ale for a Raspberry Absolution or "Rasolution"
7. Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale - from the Founders Brewery in Grand Rapids, a strong, malty ale in the Scotch style with big flavor - it packs a punch at 8.5% abv. Mix with Raspberry Ale for a "Dirty Raspberry"
