Beer & Wine suggestions:  from Japan, Asahi Super Dry and Sapporo are  both good pilsners, delicate Hitachino White Ale and Hitachino Weizen are exceptional.  We also stock Ozeki Sake, served chilled, which compliments these dishes nicely, and Kikkoman Plum Wine for a traditional dessert.  A glass of light and crisp Geyser Peak Sauvignon Blanc is another good suggestion to accompany your meal, or a full-flavored Pinot Noir if your horses are galloping.
